Our Hydrology Will Be Threatened

Storm Run-Off Impacts Will Be Increased

The placement of turbines and transmission facilities will exacerbate the impact from the increasing severity and frequency of intense storms in our area. Clearing for these facilities, removing forested areas, and the compaction of the land, will increase storm run-off and flooding. This then destabilizes the land and increases landslides.
